Privacy at Everbound Photography
We use the information you share to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and provide photography services you request. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, event date/location and the details you choose to send us.
If you book, we also keep the agreement, planning information, invoices and payment records needed to deliver your services and maintain business records. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. Please do not send card numbers, bank credentials or sensitive identity documents through our inquiry form.
Our website, form, email, storage and payment providers process information as needed to support these services. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Our inquiry form uses Fluent Forms and stores entries in the database of this website. Studio email is provided by Infomaniak. We do not add inquiry contacts to promotional mailing lists without a separate choice.
We restrict access to inquiry and booking records to people and providers who need them to operate the studio. No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information has been sent to the wrong person or exposed.
We keep information for the period needed for the inquiry or booking, customer support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
Client galleries are private by default. Permission to use wedding photographs in our portfolio or advertising is separate from the booking agreement and optional.
You can contact us through the working contact form and by email at hello@everboundphotography.com to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. We will consider requests under the rules that apply and may need to retain records required for an existing agreement or legal obligation.
This website does not set cookies or use your browser storage when you visit it or send an inquiry, and it uses no analytics or advertising tracking.
