Booking and policies

How do we reserve our date?

Start by telling us about your plans. Once we confirm availability and your collection, we will send an agreement and payment instructions. Your date is reserved after the agreement is completed and the required initial payment succeeds. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

When are payments due?

A 30% booking retainer is applied toward your photography collection. The remaining coverage balance is due 30 days before your wedding. For weddings booked within 30 days, payment is due in full at booking. Your proposal sets out the full price, any applicable tax and extras. If helpful, we can agree on installments that finish by the same final due date.

What if our plans change?

Contact us as soon as possible. We offer a full-refund courtesy period of 72 hours after the later of signing and successful initial payment when you book at least 30 days ahead. After that, the booking retainer is ordinarily nonrefundable when you cancel, subject to your agreement and applicable law. Unearned payments above the retainer are returned after any separately agreed, nonrecoverable costs are accounted for. A date transfer may be available under the agreement.

Can we move our date?

With at least 30 days' notice, one transfer to a mutually available date within 12 months is complimentary. The same contracted coverage price carries over; changes in coverage or location are quoted separately. A transfer is confirmed in writing. We cannot guarantee availability on a new date.

What if you cannot photograph our wedding?

We will contact you promptly, discuss an appropriate replacement where possible, and only substitute a lead photographer with your agreement. If we cannot provide the agreed coverage and you do not accept a replacement, we will refund payments for the services we cannot provide, including the unearned booking retainer.

May we keep our photographs private?

Yes. Permission to use your photographs in our portfolio or marketing is separate and optional. Declining publicity does not affect your ability to book.
